Welcome to Scenic Rim Aerodrome

Scenic Rim Aerodrome (YSRA) is located at Kooralbyn, within the heart of Queensland's magnificent Scenic Rim. Formerly known as Kooralbyn Aerodrome (YKBN), the aerodrome is 95 kilometres by road southwest of Brisbane and 85 kilometres west of the Gold Coast. The aerodrome is walking distance from the Kooralbyn Valley Resort, including a hotel, championship golf course, tavern and sports activity centre. Adjacent to the Scenic Rim Aerodrome, there's a local cafe, supermarket, service station, takeaway and international school. Scenic Rim Aerodrome is a privately owned landing strip. Landing fees strictly apply and permission to land is granted upon receipt of fees. All landing fees are reinvested into the maintainance and improvement of the aerodrome.
